# xmlrpc Changed

 * My xmlrpc file was changed and it wasn’t me. All the text in the file was erased
   and replaced with
    exit(0).
 * The only thing I did yesterday was installed a SSL certificate. Would that affect
   that file?
 * I reverted the file back to the original. I can change it back if necessary.
 * What should I do? How concerned do I need to be that the file was changed?

 * If someone were trying to hack you, that would be a very strange way to do it.
   This may have been something done by your host. Check with them.
 * Scan your files with WordFence and see if any others differ from the WP distribution.
