    Good Afternoon!

    I’m getting the error message:

Your Jetpack has a glitch. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later, if the issue continues please contact support with this message: xml_rpc-32700
    Try connecting again.
Error Details: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL. Please check to make sure http://rccreativeagency.com/xmlrpc.php is working properly. It should show ‘XML‑RPC server accepts POST requests only.’ on a line by itself when viewed in a browser and should not have any blank links or extra output anywhere.

Things I recently changed on the site:
    • I allowed WordFence to install its firewall
    • Turned on “Redirect Attachement URL’s” in Yoast SEO
    • I’ve been adding pages and posts
    • Of course, the normal plugin updates

    Things I tried doing:
    • Tested the url “http://rccreativeagency.com/xmlrpc.php” and it seems fine
    • Whitelisting the url “https://wordpress.com/” in hopes that it would help it connect
    • Deactivated WordFence to check if the firewall was preventing it
    • Deactivating and the reactivating Jetpack
    • Read a ton of forums looking for an actual answer :/

Thank you in advance for your help!

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jeremy,

I just did as you requested and submitted the inquiry. I also filled out the contact support form on the page that it directed me to after just in case, since there wasn’t a confirmation page. Thank you for your help and clear instructions above!
