XML Parsing Error on Feed URL

Hi,

I have been using this plugin. i am fetching news through Tag but giving ‘XML Parsing Error’ when put this url http://stage.does.co/news/tag/malvern-borough/feed/

Error
“XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
Location: http://stage.does.co/news/tag/malvern-borough/feed/
Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>
^”
Same files and DB on different Hosting. but Behave differently.
