    I just installed the XML Google WP Plugin and I must say the website only introduced the tip of the iceberg of the plugin capabilities.

    I used umapper initially but found the map editing done on a website is extremely slow. XML Google Plugin allows kml file embedding, which means map editing can be done on google earth desktop and export the kml/kmz file.

    I wrote a comprehensive procedure to embed a very interactive google map in to your ‘text-only’ post.
