We are working for a client who also uses another service that has a calendar with an XML Feed. Has anyone been able to use an XML feed in this calendar? If so, please point me in the right direction. I am fairly technically savvy but simpler is definitely better in this case.

sorry I’m afraid that this is not possible at the moment however you can try to look into template file (requires custom coding) at events-manager/templates/templates/calendar-full.php

FYI, I used WP All Import. With a bit of coding (PHP on the dates), I got it to work!! If anyone else runs into this issue and wants details, let me know and I would be glad to help.
