I can’t see the post because it is in preview mode…

If you can publish it, maybe someone can take a look.

Or at least let us know the error message you are seeing, and the full shortcode in your post [gview …].

    Thanks,

    Dan

    Oh yes indeed, sorry!

Here is the link (no preview): http://outhere-distribution.com/en/france-en/documentation/general-catalogue/

And the code I’m using: [gview file=”http://outhere-distribution.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Liste-des-produits-ODF.xls” save=”1″]

That’s strange – but for whatever reason it looks like Google’s viewer is falling over with your particular file. Everything else is set up correctly on your end.

It’s possible it thinks it is too large, or I wonder if some feature such as the ‘auto filter’ row at the top is causing a compatibility issue.

If you’re still keen to use the Google viewer, you could try simplifying the file somehow to see if you can get it to work – maybe remove the filter row, and some of the data to start with, to see if that at least moves you in the right direction…

Sorry not to have more ideas, but ultimately this is Google’s issue – as I say, everything else looks correct on your site.

    Dan
