# Xero Error

 * Hi there,
 * Just had a client mention that they’re receiving an error when trying to create
   Xero orders from WooCommerce.
 * Here’s the error code; ERROR creating Xero invoice: ErrorNumber: 10 ErrorType:
   ValidationException Message: A validation exception occurred Detail: Item code‘
   LMP085 -A1’ is not valid.
 * Any help would be great!

   I’ve had to remove some sensitive information hence some of the white spaces.

 * It looks like the item code is referring to your SKU and may be due to some misconfiguration
