Hi there,

Just had a client mention that they’re receiving an error when trying to create Xero orders from WooCommerce.

Here’s the error code; ERROR creating Xero invoice: ErrorNumber: 10 ErrorType: ValidationException Message: A validation exception occurred Detail: Item code ‘LMP085 -A1’ is not valid.

Any help would be great!

Hello,

Thanks for the reply, here’s a link to the image. I’ve had to remove some sensitive information hence some of the white spaces.

It looks like the item code is referring to your SKU and may be due to some misconfiguration with the inventory on Xero side.
