XCloner not sending e-mail when remote storage is down
-
I’m using XCloner since a couple of weeks and I’m very happy with it! I’ve been using it with an remote SFTP server and everything is working as it should. But today I realized a missing feature (or maybe a bug) that I think is quite important. XCloner does not seem to send an notification when the SFTP server is down. It does send an email saying that an backup is generated but it doesn’t tell me that it couldn’t be uploaded to the remote storage. When I generate a backup manually it shows an error in the GUI saying “Could not login with username: xxx, host: xxx” but it doesn’t notify me via email.
Is this a bug, missing feature or am I missing something? I would rather be notified when something is wrong instead of when the backup was successful. 😊 I’m not complaining, I’m very happy with the plugin, but for me it would complete the plugin.
Thanks in advance!
