• When I loaded the plugin and activated it, I expected to get an editor, but instead I got a thin input box and a save settings button. There is no upload a file. There is no WYSIWYG like WordPress, making using this plugin confusing and unusable.

Please fix for the new version of wordpress so that it is one of those things.

seems fairly intuitive to me, put in a link to a file and done.

While it makes editing harder since there’s no actual editor, you can upload your CSS to a theme or plugin folder and edit it through the built-in editor.
