WYSIWYG Editor gone

  • Recently 3 of my WordPress sites have lost their WYSIWYG Editor. It just shows the html buttons and the 2 tabs for Two of the sites I have had for a few years, the other was just installed about a month ago. Im using Worpdress 3.4.1 and have tried the following things:
    – made sure the visual editor was turned on in my profile
    – tried turning off all plugins
    – tried different templates including the default one
    – tried reinstalling the wp-admin and wp-includes folders
    – tried to find a plugin for a new 3rd part editor

At this point Im out of ideas and afraid to check my other sites. Im not sure what could be causing this and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
