www is not redirecting to non www default

    Hi @amansarwar,

    Really Simple SSL does not handle redirect from www to non www. This will usually be handled by WordPress. Really Simple SSL only redirects from http to https, nothing else.

    Is your domain in settings/general without the www?

    Yes it is without www. If i use www while plugin disabled it redirect according to my general settings. wheb i enable plugin the redirection not working. this issue is only one way. If set domain with www in general settings then the redirect work good from non www to www.

    Then there is possibly some server side caching at work. Really Simple SSL does not handle any www to non www redirect or vice versa.

    I would check if you have an option in your hosting dashboard to clear the cache.
