    @nazhaque84 If you added CNAME record just now, please wait few hours for DNS to propagate worldwide before you could generate SSL. If your CNAME record is in place since long time, please let us know your site url so we could check the issue with www domain.

    Hi, the domain is all4ucare.com/
    Cname has been there for over a week.

    @nazhaque84 Your non-www domain redirects to www domain. So “Generate SSL for both www & non-www” option couldn’t be enabled. You only need SSL for www domain & normal SSL generation of WP Encryption covers only your www domain.

    If you want to generate SSL for both www & non-www, you must remove the redirect.
