What kind of software are you using to stop spammers? Askimet?
@jane – WordPress.ORG offers FREE software and FREE, 100% volunteer help on these forums. If you’d like help with a problem, we may be able to assist you, but we can’t magically fix or change anything on your organization’s site.
If you want help, some more info would be helpful – are these comments on the site or what forum plugin are you using?
It says at the 103 no idea what that means and plugins I don’t know either. Like I said I am not a programmer just a mod I delete I accept members but I don’t mess with the website not my job

the forum as I don’t how to do any of these things and refuse to download anything on to my computer. I have no admin priviledges I just a mod and recruiter is all.
We really can’t help with this unless you are willing to do some investigation and learning on this. If you are using a forum, that’s not part of WordPress Core – but likely added via a plugin. Can you post a link to the site – we can likely get info from looking at it.

I am not up to learning how to do programming I have no time for this and no desire to learn if you or WordPress cannot fix the problems I am having I will have to leave the forum as both WordPress and the charity leave me no choice. I am tired of doing this all on my own. I don’t get paid and they don’t pay for my internet either.
I’m sure that will be a loss for the organization, but unfortunately, we have no admin access to the site or the forums.
If you, or anyone there, changes your mind, feel free to let us know.
And BTW, no one here or at WordPress.ORG gets paid either :).

Also note that you are not disadvantaging us, but only yourself.
The my-plugins directory has its permissions set to 777. This is not recommended. Please use 755 instead. I told the IT we had before many times about this and the code problem as well when members post which means added work for me to edit every post for code. When spammers register it comes out like this at the end instead of member it says ,member

We have no admin access to the site, so that’s not something we can change. Who has admin access to the site and the server?

Looks like your forums are using the old stand-alone version of bbPress. No wonder you are getting spam. It hasn’t been supported in some time.
I believe the only person that still has stuff regarding it is _ck_

You should also get someone to install ZBBlock. It works with the standalone bbPress. NOTE that it takes some technical knowledge to install ZBBlock.
