Please take a look at the instructions in the FAQ Admin Page (added to your dashboard when you installed the plugin) as well as the readme file.
You enter your questions and answers in the WordPress page / post editor, where you would enter any other content. Type a question, type an answer after it, format the question as a heading, and repeat.
