My website recently stopped formatting correctly. i have all addons deactivated except TR Register.

My website looks fine but anything in the admin dashboard is messed up.

my most recently added addon was an event manager that i have since removed that did not solve the problem.

i am using the Alpha Forte theme but the other default themes do not change it.

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files - from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

1 - I deactivated all programs and this did not help
2 - I switched to both the tweenty twelve and twenty thirteen themese and the main page formatting did not look correct. When i put the alpha forte theme as active it loses its formatting now and looks worse.
    3 - This changed nothing
4 - this fixed formatting on the website but not in the admin dashboard

I am getting the same stylesheet xxxxxx was not loaded because its MIME type, "text/html", is not "text/css".

My admin area also lost all its formatting - looking like an html page with no css.

Been through all the same things listed above and no change.
