Either you’ve not selected the correct sidebar in Super Sidebars or your theme is one of the first I’ve encountered that will not work with Super Sidebars.

If you’re sure and the sidebars still aren’t working it’s possible that your theme simply cannot support our sidebars

Simply remove them from Appearance > Widgets. I think sidebar on the courses (like archive) page is Your core sidebar not LifterLMS’s one.
Use this plugin to control where widgets are displayed.

We offer email support to customers only. I have to draw a hardline there because otherwise I’ll end up doing support all day long and will never be able to get any new features or bugs fixed.
I tested your theme with LifterLMS Labs and selected the “Right Sidebar” and everything works fine so I don’t feel like this is actually a LifterLMS issue. If you submit a support ticket I can probably look closer but as I said, customers only.
I don’t like forcing people into support but as far as I can tell LifterLMS, Labs, and Your theme are working just fine together.
It’s possible that you have another plugin conflicting. Try disabling everything else and see if that helps.
