Wrong VAT for Luxembourg

    Even if you update the VAT-rates manually, it’s still 16%

    What does that mean exactly? Updating the tax rates manually should work just fine. You may need to explicitly refresh/recalculate order totals for an existing order though.

    PS: it would be very nice if you could create a support issue instead of leaving a review.

    If I change the rate manually, it works of course. But if I use the “refresh function” it’s 16% again.

    Yes, that’s right and thanks for reporting. I’ll fix that in the update scheduled for today.

    Sorry for the “review”, I will delete it. I couldn’t find the support thread here in Woocommerce.
