Since a few days I got wrong graphics showing the daily visitors calculated from the article hits. I have normally 14,000 – 16,000 visitors / day. Today the graphics shows 41,500 visitors. The last days the plugin says, I’ve 143,000 or 106,000 daily visitors. The value 106.00 visitors on Aug. 31, 2026 doesn’t correspond with the 22,000 daily visitors indicated by my ads revenue. Check your settings at Post Views > Counting > Visitor Exclusions and make sure bot exclusion is enabled. 2. **Count Interval too low** – If the interval is set to 0 or a very short window, repeat visits (including bot refreshes) inflate the numbers. We recommend 24 hours as a baseline. You can find this at Post Views > Counting > Tracking Behavior > Count Interval. 3. **Counter Mode and caching conflicts** – If you’re using PHP Mode on a cached site, cached pages may not track correctly, or conversely, certain configurations can cause over-counting.
