I am afraid that it’s not an issue with the WooCommerce itself, I’d recommend checking with the plugin developer. IMHO, this looks like a multicurrency issue actually while converting the price.
As a side note, I have verified and found that there are dozens of different solutions named multicurrency plugin and name your price, some of them with small variations in the name, so it’s hard to say which one you are using!
If you don’t know how to reach out to your plugin developer, we can point you in the right direction, you may need to share with us your System Status Report.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

i tried many ‘name your price’ plugins, as well as many ‘multi currency’ plugins, all leads to the same result.
i updated the theme, replaced the theme, deactivate all plugins except woocommerce, all leads to the same result.
in my opinion this point on some problem with woocommerce itself. i just need to find a way to tell woocommerce not make any conversion in checkout. until this step, everything working fine.

We suggest that you reach out to your “Name Your Price” plugin developers that are in the best position to assist you with this issue. If the plugin you’re using is https://woocommerce.com/products/name-your-price/ then you can submit a ticket directly at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support.

as i told before, i’m sure it’s some conflict with woocommerce itself. i got the same results in many diffrent plugins, so it’s not plugins related.
anyway, i just give up on finding solution, and i’m going to buy a service (expensive) from a company that provide donation page with all options needed.
for other people that facing the same situation, i’m highly recommended using ‘givewp’ plugin with stripe gateway (they have multi currency add on as well). i can’t use it becouse stripe not avaliable in my country, but it’s the best and cheapest way to solve the probelm.
