wrong user role

    Hi there,

    I’ve been using your plugin for years and thank you so much for it!

    Recently I created a new role and have a number of people registering with this page: https://tangoforge.com/credential/challenge2020id, with wacky outcomes. Some register and are assigned the correct role. Others end up as subscribers. Others get registered under a different role, practice_courses.

    Do you know what might cause this problem?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Are you able to replicate this issue? How often are users assigned incorrect user roles? Do you have any other registration forms on your website that they might be using to bypass the one you linked? If you do are any of those forms set up to assign the ‘practice_courses’ role?
