I cannot even log in to my admin section because it keeps redirecting me to the the incorrect url, so the link you post to others with this issue does not work for me.

Please re-read the page at the link posted above. None of the suggestions require you to login to your WordPress dashboard.
Perhaps I do not know enough about website design, but I have no idea how to alleviate this situation.

Using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
See...this is where being under-qualified as a company's web person is crippling.
My hos is probably GoDaddy...do you know where I find out how to do this with them?
