Hi John,
This appears to be a custom template, is that correct (I see a ‘refunded’ line in there and I don’t think our plugin ever displays a discount with a strike trough)? Can you test this with the official “Simple” template?

Youre right it is. I disabled that but now the refund isn’t appearing at all in the pdf, just the full amount?

Hello John,
That was also a custom element in your template. We don’t display refunds by default because we follow GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) which says that refunds should be documented separately. With our Professional extension we offer this in the form of Credit Notes (basically negative invoices with their own credit invoice number).
If you need that refund total back you could create a new custom template based off the official Simple template and copy the relevant parts from your old custom template.
