# Wrong TOC positioning

 * we just notice that on this article the TOC appears in the lower part of the 
   text, instead of the top (we use the default positioning).
 * What could be the problem?

 * On the other posts, it’s appearing right before the first heading, correct?
 * There is a TOC (Table of Contents) metabox on every post edit screen. It includes
   a position option for that specific post. Could you please check if it was accidentally
   set to ‘bottom’ or something else instead of ‘default’?

 * Hi Sanjeev,
 * yes on all other post it works. I checked the Positioning option for that specific
   post and it was default. I tried to change it to Top or Before first heading,
   but the problem wasn’t solved.

 * Quick update, we solve the issue. There was some hidden HTML that caused the 
   problem.
