Wrong timestamp when copying

Copying with current timestamp will generate a future post about 1 hour later.
I duplicated a post at 10:03 and the copied post had time 10:59.

Obviously they are. I discovered the issue was the theme using PHP function
date_timezone_default_setthat is not supported by WordPress, even if not mentioned in docs.I wrote a post here about this documentation fault here: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/38940
