# Wrong Subtotal

 * Hi there,
 * if you book an ticket (for example [https://www.peloponnes-erfahren.com/events/griechische-doerfer/](https://www.peloponnes-erfahren.com/events/griechische-doerfer/))
   and you add in the cart, the subtotal in the cart is 0,01€.
    But the displayed
   amount in the cash-box is the right price.
 * Problem is: If you pay with Paypal or anything else the amount of 0,01€ will 
   be the amount in PayPal etc.
 * Please look:

 * If you duplicate this event please make it private and create the same event 
   manually, then try again to add it to the cart. If the problem still happens,
   then I suggest you open a support ticket on the PRO support forum on our website.
   The development team will help you to find and fix this issue.

 * I have created a brand new simple tour. The same error appears there as well.
   Support (ticket #103470) couldn’t seem to help either.
    It seems that the “Woocommerce
   Price amount” which is equal to “product-price wl-ci-product-price” is not multiplied
   by “product-quantity wl-ci-product-quantity” for “product-subtotal wl-ci-product-
   subtotal”.
