# Wrong Status for Order

 * Hello everyone
 * My site has different ordering options for physical products. Customers can choose
   between two payment options – by invoice or by Twint (it’s like Paypal).
 * Now three customers have ordered on our site, two have the status “pending”, 
   one has the status “completed”. I can no longer see any differences and in the
   right log of the order there is nothing about “status changed to completed”.
 * What could be the problem here?

 * Which status were you expecting the orders to have?
 * Which plugins are you using for the payment gateways?
 * Which payment method was used in each order?
