    HI,
    i noticed 3 failed payments in Stripe dashboard which your plugin marked as paid and thus we processed the orders, but we did not received the payment!
    I checked this with Stripe support and they confirmed, that those payments we did not received and they are marked as failed…
    How is that possible?
    What we can do to prevent this situation in the future??

    I am going to need more details to understand what you mean. If the payments are marked as failed in stripe.com, are you saying they are showing as paid in WooCommerce? Can you provide screenshots showing that the orders are marked as having been paid along with their order notes? Is there a charge ID associated with these orders?

    If a payment fails, the plugin never marks the order’s status as processing or completed. So the more details you can provide the easier it will be to assist you.

    Hi,
    im really sorry about this,
    after some time i found out, that user did not went thru 3D secure and changed the payment gateway.. so, at the stripe Dashboard it is the order marked as failed, but in our admin is as paid…
    but with other payment gateway..

    im really sorry to send this bug report before i went thru all the possibilities and found out that everything is OK with your plugin…

    Sorry again, did not wanted waste your time..
