What other plugins do you have installed? Could it be related to translation, if your site is in German?

I just created a new post in 4.1.1 and the shutter speed showed up fine.
I’m finding it hard to imagine why your old posts are showing fine, but the new ones aren’t. It’s not the image itself: I just downloaded an image from your site and tested it and it showed fine in my test, so it might be something on your site that is changing the format of the shutter speed on your site, possibly as the image is being uploaded; I think that’s the mostly likely place since the old images work and the newer ones don’t. In which case I think it must be influenced by another plugin.
