    Hello,
    Im using free plan of AST. One year ago i choose postal.ninja as shiping provider. Last time i change it to Global Order Tracking (Cainiao). it’s the only form included in the plugin.

    when I add a tracking number manually, after clicking on the link it takes me to the Cainiao website, as it should be. But in email to customers lilnk redirecting to postal.ninja. I dont know why, postal ninja disappeared from the list. i Have only Cainiao but in email still redirecting to postal.ninja website

    Does anyone know where in the customer notifications I can change the link to the shipping provider to Cainiao

    Hi @nswspider,

    We checked the Cainiao tracking link and we can’t replicate any issue. Can you please synch the shipping provider and check again?

    Hi,
    I synchronized several times. even though Cainiao is selected, customers receive a link to postal.ninja in the email. when I manually enter tracking then the link to Cainiao works fine

    When i do it manually, top right side of order page –> shimpment tracking –> add tracking info…

    when it comes to automatically adding tracking. I just added the AST plugin, set up postal.ninja, clicked on the gear and added details there. Everything worked well. Now postal.ninja has been removed from the list. I changed the carrier to Cainiao and that’s it. when I click on the gear wheel, information about a paid AST plugin appears

    Additionally, I use the DSers plugin for ordering. DSers sends information to my shop after the package has shipped
