    Hi,
I’ve just recently set up CleanTalk Security but I’m getting this error after the scan.
    Errors:
    2022-09-06 00:00:21: Scheduled: scanner__launch: WRONG_SITE_RESPONSE ACTION: scanner__controller RESPONSE: “<!DOCTYPE html> <html lang=”en-US”> <head> <title>Just a moment…</title> <meta http-equiv=”Content-Type” content=”text/html; charset=UTF-8″ /> <meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=Edge” /> <meta name=”robots” content=”noindex,nofollow” /> <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width,initial-scale=1″ /> <link href=”/cdn-cgi/styles/challenges.css” rel=”styles”`

    Please advise
    Thank you

For SchoolAdvice.net (additional info) – My report shows that none of the pages are being scanned. Does this have to do with the error I just posted? Here is the report.

The last scan of this website schooladvice.net was on Sep 06, 2022 14:20:49, files scanned: 9578, scan type: MANUAL, count of known hashes: 3865, count of user-approved: 0, count of signatures used to search for malicious code: 594, total files on the site: 0, scanned pages on the site: 0, total pages on the site: 148, plugin version wordpress-security-2.93.

    Thank you
    Michael

    Hello @schooladvice.

    Please try the following setting:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> General settings —> uncheck the option “Use WordPress HTTP API” —> Save Changes.
After that click “Synchrinize with Cloud” in the plugin settings, wait until the rotating icon disappears and refresh the page.
    Did it help?

We’ll think about your second question about the report. Please give us a couple of days.

Thanks for the speedy reply – made the changes and ran scan – did not see any errors, however I believe the error is only showing up on the Scheduled Scan I’ve set in the General Settings. It runs at 4:00 AM and leaves the error – I will see what happens with tonight’s scheduled scan.
    Thank you, Michael

Hello, I made the changes suggested yesterday. The scheduled scan ran last night and issued the following error message:

    2022-09-07 00:01:17: Scheduled: scanner__launch: WRONG_SITE_RESPONSE ACTION: scanner__controller RESPONSE: “<!DOCTYPE html> <html lang=”en-US”> <head> <title>Just a moment…</title> <meta http-equiv=”Content-Type” content=”text/html; charset=UTF-8″ /> <meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=Edge” /> <meta name=”robots” content=”noindex,nofollow” /> <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width,initial-scale=1″ /> <link href=”/cdn-cgi/styles/challenges.css” rel=”styles”

I’m not sure how serious the error is and if the scan ran correctly?

    Do you have any suggestions?
    Thank you Michael
