 * Hi there,
 * The plugin isn’t giving me the correct rates, I entered my account number in 
   the plugin and it is for example showing me the price 11USD for local shipping
   when it is supposed to be 12.26 USD

   me 11$ if I am shipping to anywhere in the world.
