Wrong product image for variable products showing on Facebook

The default image for variations should be the WooCommerce default image for the variable product.

Changing that should change the image associated with the variable.

For the default picture/variable that shows, this can be set in the Variations area of a product.

Once you do this, force Facebook to sync products by going to Marketing → Facebook → Product sync.

(Some of the variations and attributes are missing on fb though)

In this case, sometimes deleting all the products from the Facebook Catalog and letting things sync again could help solve strange issues.

To do this, please add the code snippet found here:
https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce-delete-or-reset-all-facebook-products/

You can use a plugin like Code Snippets to add this snippet without having to edit your PHP code.

Once you do this, check if the issue persists.
