    Hi there,

    Recently when I wanted to print my invoices, it shows the wrong product but the correct amount. How do I go about fixing this?

    Is it because the product was removed after payment was made?

    Yes, it is likely because the product was removed after payment. Can you share how you are printing invoices? Is this via the core <b>Reports</b> section of the Dashboard?

    Thank you for your reply.

    No I go into my orders and print invoice from there.

    Am I supposed to print from the dashboard?

    Hi Phillip,

    That document sadly does not help me as it won’t help me figure out how to make that when I print my invoices it will provide the correct product that the customer bought.

    I go into my orders and select print invoices on each order & they all are wrong and have the most recent product that I posted on the website.

    Should I wait for a new product to be bought or is there a way to get this sorted out without waiting?

    This issue is related to the deleted products. Since the ordered product no longer exists in the site, the site is using the “next best option”. The only way I can think to test this would be to try to bring them back in with the same Product ID and other information, but that may not give the results you want either. In this case, the order is tied to what was purchased and since that is gone, it cannot. In the future instead of deleting products you don’t want to sell anymore I recommend setting them as “Hidden” so they still exist, but aren’t available for sale. This way invoices will have the proper information on them.
