In order to expedite the process, please provide us with login details for your site (via ticket, not this forum thread).
If you can create an **Administrator** login using the email address woologin@woocommerce.com with a username such as woologin
for your store and then send us the login details, we’d be happy to take a look.

Once we are finished helping, you can delete that user account.
