# Wrong pagers blocked

 * I am blocking only one front-end page for anyone outside of US ([http://cutest001.com/serve/](http://cutest001.com/serve/))
   the problems is that the plugin is also blocking other pages that I do not want
   nor have I selected to be blocked (ex. [http://cutest001.com/blog/](http://cutest001.com/blog/))
 * Cache is off on this test server.
 * what is going on here?
