    Hi,
I’ve been using TeraWallet more than a year,
last week we had a weird issue that reported by one of our good customers.

he said I have an amount on my wallet but its not belong to me and I didn’t had any order with this Order ID!

so we checked the WooCommerce orders IDs but there was not any order with this ID, even in database.
    How this happened!?
currently we disabled wallet due to find out how many wrong credit applied on wrong users or orders.
If you have any idea about this issue, please let me know.
    Thanks.

I have an update for more explain what happened exactly:

Customer A: order ID: #43088 with 60,000 IRT total. its get credit 10% of total (6,000 IRT)

    I found two another orders:
Customer B: order ID: #43089 with 87,700 IRT total. its get credit 10% of total (8,770 IRT)
Customer C: order ID: #43091 with 382,400 IRT total. its get credit 10% of total (38,240 IRT)

Customres B and C was Guest users, so they get nothing!

But Customer A was a registered user and he get self credit and B and C credits too!! (6000+8770+38240)
    HOW!!?

@microbit Can you tell me what the features of terawallet is this?

    @mjoshu4
    Cashback Reward Program
I set the cashback by category with %10 of total amount and maximum cashback is 50,000 IRT

I think this is a bug between guest and registered user for terawallet cashback program. I will try this on my end.

    Is this problem solved ?

    Update

I’ve been checked many customers wallets and find out this issue is still there!

    More explain:
If a Guest customer and a registered customer get place order at the same time and if their order ID it’s in a row (ex: #45211-registered order , #45212-Guest order), the guest user cashback will applied on registered user order ID.

is that clear? sorry for my weak English.

@microbit Sorry for the delay in response. We will check this issue in our local environment and will let you know the cause.

@microbit We have checked this in our local environment and it is working fine. There is no issue, we are using the WooCommerce function to fetch customer id from the order. And we think there is no such way that a guest user id will mixup with registered user.
