Wrong log url when installed on a subfolder

Thanks for this great plugin.

I noticed that when wordpress is installed in a subfolder, the reporting url is wrong.
Installation:
WordPress Address (URL): https://www.website.com/wp
Site Address (URL): https://www.website.com

The url built is https://www.website.com/wp/wp-json/wpcsp/v1/route/LogPolicyViolation while it should be https://www.website.com/wp-json/wpcsp/v1/route/LogPolicyViolation
(removing the “/wp/” part)

Changing it manually in the configuration does fix the problem
(but this problem is shown in the browser console only if the CSP policy trigger an alert)

Another suggestion:
when the REST api is disabled, the logging part do not work (example with the “Disable REST API plugin”). Adding a warning message is the REST API cannot be reached in the parameter console would be great.
