Wrong invoice number

Hi!

I have a little problem for a few weeks, some orders (random) have an inconsistent invoice number.
For example :
order 2148, invoice number 2148
order 2149, invoice number 2149
order 2150, invoice number 2150
order 2151, invoice number 2151

and …
order 2151, invoice number 13894
order 2147, invoice number 13887

Do you have any idea where it could come from?

Hi @syyymonsyy,

Please go to WooCommerce > Status > System Status, click on Get system report, then click on Download for support, attach the file on https://www.file.io/, and finally paste the download link in a reply here (the file will be deleted after the first download).

Thanks for sending your system report, @syyymonsyy.

I thought that you could be using a secondary PDF invoice plugin, but it seems this is something different.

Please send me a screenshot from your Number format configuration, under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice. You can use imgbb.com to upload the image and then add the Image block here to paste your image URL.

Also, tell me which option you have selected for the Display invoice number setting.

Thanks for sending that screenshot, @syyymonsyy.

It seems that the issue was caused by the Sequential Order Numbers for WooCommerce plugin.
