  • Hi, which theme did you used with our plugin? And how did you install and use the plugin?

install via backend as i wrote, not via ftp.
    and i’,m using adaptive/responsive theme :

strange because apparently it was a different but also incomplete plugin that got installed

I test it, our plugin works well in theme “responsive”. Did you install other plugins about shortcode or similar effect? Sometime they will have a conflict with ours, try deactivate them one by one to find the problem. And the way of using shortcode is when you edit post or page, above the content, there is a “Magee Shortcode” button, click it to select the shortcode you want. You need preview or save it to see the shortcode effect on front end.

This application works perfectly for one that reads the instructions for installation and the utilization of the slider or shortcode capabilities. It works perfectly with my PremiumPress, responsive ‘Auction Theme’.

the thing is, i never intended to install a slider, but wanted to install the shortcode plugin. this did not happen. probably it would have worked if it would have been possible to install it. i will never know.

Common misconception…. Please fix this! We need a way to show what areas of the dashboard our plugin will display at so users can look for it once they install.

    Ok Ovoshu,

You have to create or edit a “page” or “post” to see the magee shortcodes button above the editor.

Please give them 5 stars! Because this is what this plugin is worth!
