Wrong Image being used

I have a site http://www.therecruitmentpro.co.za that is using a Job Board plugin. (Job Manager)I’ve set it up so that when the client posts a new job to the job board SNAP auto posts to Linked in and Facebook. Yes It all works, I dont see an image go to Linked in (but havent gotten into that problem yet) mainly Im concerned with the image that goes to Facebook. Its the site header image (a jpeg of the company name) which doesn’t get re-sized so on facebook you just see the right side of the jpeg and it doesn’t make sense. I’ve read through the documentation and set the path on the SNAP settings page Alternative “Featured Image” location to http://www.therecruitmentpro.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Inspiration2-1.jpg but it doesnt change anything. I’ve also tried various combinations on the facebook settings with no change.

The problem is only when the “post” comes through the “Job Manager” plugin. Tests from the SNAP dashboard work fine.

Hoping you can shed some light on how this can be resolved.

My version is actually 3.6.3
