wrong description when I paste WordPress link into facebook

For some reason all my galleries (weddings,engagement & portraits) links rent working properly!

If you are on the site and click on the galleries it takes you to them and you are able to view them, however, if you copy and paste the link to any social media it will show the recent post.

The description on the internet tabs are incorrect. It shows (He name a star after her, which is the recent post, this happens to all galleries)

Please help!!!!!!
