# Wrong de_DE translation

 * The translation in de_DE for ‘Before Footnotes index’ is incorrect.
 * I tried to fix this on the localization-page [https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/footnotes/](https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/footnotes/),
   but there is an error posted.

 * in the translate is only the readme file visible. that means everything you see
   on the plugin page itself would be changed NOT in the plugin.
 * This plugin is not properly prepared for localization. so at the moment you can’t
   improve the language at translate.w.org

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for looking into this.
 * The languages have been revised again and updated for v2.0.4 released tonight.
   The cited string now reads:
 * > msgstr “Vor dem Fußnotenanker”
 * I’m sorry that there is a problem in localization. However the .po files compile
   correctly in msgfmt and display properly.
 * When all bugs are fixed we’ll try to have a look at the process, but I think 
   this issue is solved.
