Hi, can you provide more information. Maybe share a screen capture so I know exactly what you mean.
Also make sure that the date and time set up in your WordPress admin panel is correct.
Thank you.
Hi.
I am just using default setting from WordPress, no change. You can see screenshots here http://prnt.sc/1805ysn and here http://prnt.sc/1805wvm
Thanks.
Hi,
However, the dates in the graph are only within January.
Can you elaborate further what you mean? I want to make sure I understand your problem correctly.
Thank you.
I got that graph when choosing Last Year option. So the graph should show stats from Jan 01 to Dec 01, not from Jan 01 to Jan 31.
Hi,
For testing purposes, can you carry out the following. Disable all other plugins except ours, then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.
Thank you.
No, it didn’t help. Disabled all plugins, changed to the default theme. Still the same problem.
Hi,
I got that graph when choosing Last Year option. So the graph should show stats from Jan 01 to Dec 01, not from Jan 01 to Jan 31.
I just finished carrying out a test in my dev site and it is working well for me. Also looking at your image above, it shows 2020-01-01 and 2020-12-31. That is displaying the correct date when clicking on Last Year button.
Regards
I don’t ask about the date in the option. I am asking about the date in the graph. I already pointed to a point, and it is showing 2020-01-29 only, don’t you see it?
Hi, I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate further your issue.
Thank you.

This function is working fine. I just tested it myself. Your download logs data has somehow gotten messed up on this site.
Go to the “Logs” menu. Do you see download log entries with timestamp in the other months? You can export the logs data and then open that CSV file using an Excel program to check the details.
I have more than 20 thousands records in the exported log, and all seems to be fine. Here is an example https://prnt.sc/195j4yg You can see it shows date 2020-11-21, 2020-11-22 just fine.
In the Stats, if I choose custom date within one month, the date in the graph is fine too https://prnt.sc/195k7xz
However, choosing 2 months, the date in the graph is still within the first month https://prnt.sc/195kdj2 In this example, I chose date from 2020-11-01 to 2020-12-31, but in the graph, the date is still within 2020-11 only.
Any word on this, please?
