Also you can’t sort the submissions at all.
Can you let us know which filter does not work? If you talk about date filter I made test on my lab site and everything works well.
Also, when it comes to those dates, I review my lab site and it takes the current date in my submissions, so it seems the issue exist only on your site.
Can you nagivate to WP- Dashboard -> Settings -> General -> Timezone and check what is the date and time after this label “Universal time is…..” ?
I have a feeling that your site/server time is incorrect.

Ty and same.
There’s no such thing as sort in the submissions section. You can just select and delete entries.
The date issue is only present in forminator. The Time Zone is set to Tehran UTC.
The current date and time is (the time I’m writing this) 1404-01-29 14:22:31 on Persian Solar calender. The forminator is not reading the date correctly or converting from Gregorian calendar to Persian solar.
Formiantor as u can see on my attached photo is reading 1404-01-29 (persian solar) as 2025-01-29 which should be 2025-04-18.

Thanks for the information. Are you using any script or another plugin to change the time and date to a Persian Solar calendar? I can see there are a couple in the WordPress.org repository. If so, please share us that plugin so we can replicate this. It’s possible such plugin is affecting how Forminator stores the dates of the submissions.

I made a quick test in my system with the above plugin enabled with Tehran UTC and Persian language set, but it appears to work fine:

Seems like there is more than one plugin which might be causing an issue. Did you confirm if the issue occurs if you only enable WooCommerce and the Persian WooCommerce plugin? ie with a default WP theme?
The above will help ruling out the source of the issue.

I’ve tested on another subdomain and the issue seems to be from this plugin. And only affecting the dates on forminator.

I ran some tests in my lab site using “ووکامرس فارسی” but couldn’t replicate your issue However when I wasn’t trying to enable the Shamsi date, the setting won’t be saved; it only saves if you enable both options available on that page.

Even after enabling both options, the date is still displaying correctly and showing today’s date for submission. Please note that the WC Shamsi date should not affect the admin date formats unless there is a bug. I suggest first trying to disable the Shamsi date feature. If that resolves the issue, please contact the plugin developers, as the problem is not on our end but rather related to how “ووکامرس فارسی” works.

If disabling “ووکامرس فارسی” plugin didn’t fix the issue, you may try disabling all other plugins except forminator and switching to a default theme like 2025 to find the cause.

I have already tested on 2025 Theme with just forminator, WooCommerce and “ووکامرس فارسی” being enabled. Date issue only happens when the option to convert the dates to Shamsi is enabled.
The thing is, the only addon being affected is Forminator. I have other addons which show the dates just fine.

I hope you’re doing well, and I’m sorry to see that you’re facing this issue.
In this case, we would need you to reach the plugin support, as it’s possible that the change they’re making is causing a conflict with Forminator and will end up showing the wrong dates.
Please note that Forminator works properly with an environment that doesn’t have this type of customization that the plugin does, please note that it is related to the 3rd party plugin code itself and how it works, which we are not familiar enough with.
In case they ask you to check further, something specifically with us, please let us know, and we’ll check it further.
