 * Hey! My test blog is on a US server (UTC-5), I’m in Sweden (UTC+1). So how do
I make WP display the correct time? I’ve tried to use the time_difference field
at Options – didn’t work. Basically, I would like to see the date/time accordingly:

Y-n-d G:i I suspect this requires PHP, but I thought I’d see if WP could do anything
   about it. Thanks!

 * What’s wrong with the admin tools at Options -> Other Options -> time_difference?
Did you just miss it or is it causing issues for you? Seems like this would be
a painful way to solve it and I’m usually of the mindset that fixing it is better
then hacking it. Anyway, just curious what the throught process was behind this.

 * My calendar on my page did not display the written month, did not highlight a
date, and did not seperate the archives for November and December until I made
   a post for December.
Then the calendar showed December, highlited the “1” and
updated the archives. Is this a bug to be reported because if one was on vacation
when the month changed and was not able to update their blog, I would think that
   would be a slight problem.

 * I did try to use time_difference but it made no difference at all. Continues
to show the server time/date. Maybe I’m using it the wrong way…?

 * The time_difference option should just contain the number of hours difference
between your server time and your desired display time. In my case, my server
is in the Pacific time zone, but I’m in Central. So I enter ‘2’ in that field
to indicate that it should add two hours.
Also note that changing the value
will not affect the timestamp on posts already in your database. It will only
affect posts that you make after changing the setting.

 * Hi. I also have the wrong date and time displayed and I can’t figure out what’s
wrong. How do you know what the time zone of the server is?
