The customers are in the US and we are receiving plenty of other orders. We havn’t been able to isolate a browser issue or replicate the issue, but they continue to have the issue. We have 2 payment options Paypal standard and paypal advanced. The customers have been using different browsers, so its not a browser thing that I can see.
