 * I tried many times different word files but the result is not the same as MS 
   word display. Maybe has problem with the language?

 * Thanks for the report. We’ll see if we can reproduce this and get it resolved
   in the next update.
 * For now, to upload multiple files the user would have to add to cart and then
   go back through the process again for the next document. We will add this as 
   a feature request, though, so that people can upload multiple documents in a 
   single item.
