wrong character set – %%excerpt%%

    Hello

    I use the YOAST SEO 1.3.1.1 and the it does not produces its output in correct charset, or the text is not parsed well according to complete UTF-8 set of characters.

    This is what the plugin gives in the description by %%excerpt%%:
    “P?vodní krajiná?ský park byl ?áste?n? p?em?n?n v japonskou zahradu”

    and it should be:
    Původní krajinářský park byl částečně přeměněn v japonskou zahradu

    It weird though, because none of the
    %%title%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%
    in title brakes the characters as the %%excerpt%% for description (in my case)
