# Wrong Catalog Sync

 * Im having trouble with the syncronization of my product.
 * I installed facebook for woocommerce and followed the onboarding but I cant check
   to which catalog its being synced.
 * Im having prodcuts that are not bein deleted

 * You can see the ID of the catalog of the being synced by visiting the options
   page – [https://magiaentuhogar.com.py/wp-admin/options.php](https://magiaentuhogar.com.py/wp-admin/options.php).
 * On the page, search for the _wc\_facebook\_product\_catalog\_id_ value, it should
   look like this:

 * If the ID looks good, but you are still experiencing the issue, please share 
   the following:
    - Your [system status report](https://woocommerce.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/)
      using [PrivateBin](https://privatebin.net/)
    - Are there any errors in the _facebook\_for\_woocommerce _log located in WooCommerce
      > Status > Logs?
    - Any plugin-related errors from your [debug.log](https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/)
    - Are you deleting the products from your shop, or are they being marked as 
      out of stock?

   Yes im deleting the products from the shop.
 * After farther review I realized that the problem is that its not deleting old
   deleted products from the facebook catalog
